In 1929, Henry Coleman founded a real estate office in Downtown Providence. Since then, Coleman Realtors has expanded throughout Rhode Island with offices in Providence, East Greenwich, Barrington, and Watch Hill. |

The Coleman office would handle Providence and nearby areas. Noticing that they were
listing more on the East Side of the city, they move their office in 1989 from Downtown Providence to Wayland Square. Currently, they
reside on Elmgrove Avenue where they primarily deal with Providence County and nearby Massachusetts.

With their success in Providence, Coleman Realtors decided to build a second
office in Barrington in 1956. The Barrington Office took care of the eastern side of Narragansett Bay including East Providence
and Bristol County.

Coleman expanded in 1971 to East Greenwich, located in the
middle of Rhode Island. East Greenwich primarily handles Kent County as well as Southern Providence County and Eastern
Washington County. |

In 1994, Coleman Realtors opened an office in the seaside resort
community of Watch Hill. Under the management of Chet Buffum and Bob
Richins, the Watch Hill agents have provided unsurpassed service, integrity
and expertise. As well as assisting prospective buyers and sellers with
their real estate needs, the Watch Hill Office provides a number of
vacation rentals in the Watch Hill and Weekapaug areas. By 2002, Coleman
Realtors expanded their real estate expertise into Connecticut. The
Watch Hill Office had over $30,000,000 in sales in 2003 , 2004 and 2006,
and over $50,000,000 in 2005. |
